The Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) course, developed and certified by Energy Safety Canada™ (ESC), provides workers with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely operate aerial work platforms such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated access equipment used across construction, maintenance, and industrial worksites.

The course includes both classroom theory and hands-on practical training to ensure workers can confidently and safely operate MEWP equipment in real-world environments.

On-Site Training Available

We are pleased to offer on-site MEWP training at no additional cost. Simply provide access to the MEWP equipment your team will be using, and our instructor will deliver the full ESC-certified program directly at your location.

Prerequisites:

• Government-issued photo I.D.
• Appropriate work attire and steel-toe footwear are required for the practical component

Upon successful completion, participants receive an Energy Safety Canada™ certificate, valid according to current ESC standards.

This course is ideal for workers in construction, maintenance, industrial trades, and any environment where aerial lift equipment is used.
