Canadian Red Cross Instructor Recertification Course YEG, (EES)
No pre-work required. Red Cross Certificate (Valid 3 years)
This is the Red Cross Instructor Recertification Course. Instructors are required to recertify each of their certificates separately (First Aid Instructor (CORE), Professional Responder Instructor, Wilderness & Remote First Aid Instructor, etc.) Completion of the Instructor Recertification Course also recertifies Teaching Experience Supervisor (TES) and Youth Leader certification if applicable.
There are 2 steps to recertify your First Aid & CPR Instructor Certification:

- Attend the in-person Discipline Specific Instructor Recertification for FAI (6.5 hours – 1 day)
Course Details
Pre-requisites:
- Valid (non expired) Red Cross First Aid & CPR Instructor (FAI). If yours has expired please call the head office for assistance.
- You must have taught a minimum of 3 Canadian Red Cross courses [ex: Standard First Aid (Full or Recert, or Emergency First Aid)] within your certification period. Course taught must be at the highest level of certification within each discipline.
Duration: 6.5 hours in-person
Cost: $200.00 + GST = $210.00
